Day One
Although I actually started last week, this is our official day one!
I’m feeling good, but wishing for that motivation to really kick in!!
I am determined to kick some butt on this competition and by logging in every time I work out and what I eat every day, I am trying to hold myself accountable. It is time to lose this extra weight and become a more active person. I can’t stand looking at myself in the mirror anymore. I want my children and husband to feel proud of me.
I can do this!
Day One:
Breakfast - bagel with lowfat cream cheese
Lunch - Chicken and rice with Veggies
Dinner - Grilled chicken salad with lowfat dressing
After Dinner - Nonfat yogurt
